Ballots are out for the attempted power-grab against Governor Gavin Newsom. Here’s what you need to know:

Vote No and Go

Ballots started to go out to all registered voters, and Drop Boxes opened, starting Monday, August 16. Watch for your ballot in the mail. If you don’t receive it by August 26, please contact the Registrar of Voters.

Vote “No” on the first question and return your ballot right away. It is crucial that we turn out every vote for “no” on the first question, to stop this attempt to remove Governor Newsom.

To return your ballot, you can mail it back (no postage required) or drop it off at any Drop Box or Vote Center. If you prefer to vote in-person, you can now vote at any Vote Center across OC (goodbye, polling places and hello, Vote Centers). Vote Centers are open for more days and longer hours, to make it easier to vote on your schedule.
